Marikas
Marika’s is a variety of food and entertainment venues in a single building complex. The 26,500 s.f. facility houses a German theme restaurant, a large bar with gaming and food, a second story micro-brewery with a reception area for tasting and private parties and a 10,000 s.f. indoor sand volleyball arena adjacent to the bar that hold competitive volleyball matches. Because of schedule, the building was designed as a pre-engineered building with creative façade treatments to delineate the various venues in the facility. In conjunction with Long Construction Management, Stylus worked with Butler pre-engineered systems to adapt the architectural design with the Pre-Engineered systems. Stylus worked in tandem with Burnworth Design Architects to take the overall design and incorporate it into pre-engineered construction
